Building a Healthier Future.
Designing practical solutions that make communities healthier, more sustainable, and more equitable
The Novexa Way
Novexa is building a healthier future by designing scalable, real-world solutions that connect health, equity, and sustainability. Our model blends strategy, technology, and hands-on implementation to help local governments, nonprofits, and businesses achieve measurable impact. We design ecosystems that connect people, partners, and data to create sustainable, resilient communities.
Our Approach
Novexa is the parent company of several distinct subsidiaries, including ReNourish, a nonprofit food recovery and redistribution organization, and Pathways, a coaching and consulting firm focused on personal, business, and community growth. Each subsidiary operates independently with its own leadership, financial management, and mission focus.
References to “Novexa,” “the company,” “we,” or “our” refer collectively to Novexa and its subsidiaries for simplicity and do not imply that all operations are managed as a single entity. Each subsidiary maintains separate governance and accountability structures.
Collaborative activities among subsidiaries are managed through inter-company service agreements that allow Novexa to provide shared support in areas such as strategy, technology, and reporting ensuring that every initiative aligns with our mission of building a healthier, more sustainable future.

Our Portfolio
ReNourish
Every day, good food is lost before it reaches those who need it most. ReNourish changes that.
We recover surplus and near-expiry food from local businesses and farms, extend its shelf life through value-added preparation, and deliver fresh, ready-to-eat meals to nonprofits and families
